Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Orders can be placed from any location within India where courier services are available.

If your delivery location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and assist with the next steps.

02 Processing

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or above a certain order value — any such offer will be clearly displayed on the website.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

06 Delivery

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at least two times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

07 Damaged

Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please act immediately.

  • Do not accept the package.
  • Inform our support team immediately.
  • Share clear photos of the package condition.

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution promptly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order. Sole Star is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or contact information.
