01 Eligibility

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in genuine and valid cases. Due to the nature of perfumes, we cannot accept open or used products unless there is a verified issue.

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered in damaged condition.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The outer packaging was tampered at the time of delivery.
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
02 Non-Returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Orders returned without original packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable).

This helps us maintain product integrity for all customers.

  • Share your Order ID.
  • Attach clear images or an unboxing video.
  • Mention the issue in brief.
Our support team will respond within 2 business days.
04 Verification

Quality Verification

Every return request goes through a basic verification process to avoid misuse.

  • Images and details are reviewed by our team.
  • In some cases, pickup may be arranged.
  • Product must remain unused during verification.
  • Approval or rejection will be informed via email.

Final decision will be communicated clearly to the customer.

05 Refund

Refund Policy

Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed in a timely manner.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is 5 to 10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, bank details may be requested.
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the product was damaged.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
06 Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Once dispatched, the order will fall under the return policy.

If the package appears damaged at delivery, please act immediately.

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged.
  • Inform the delivery partner at the same time.
  • Share images with our support team.
  • Report within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Timely reporting helps us resolve the issue faster.

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Incorrect address may lead to delivery failure.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Refund in such cases may be processed after deducting shipping cost.
